It's exam period now,
and i haven't been feeling too well,
physically and emotionally.
this leaves me all tired and sleepy.


it's been such a long time since i've had disappointments,
to such an extent that it drives me to a corner of a wall,
leaving me no where else to run.

i somehow realise,
i've been running away from my problems.
well,
i've decided.

i'm not gonna run away anymore,
but i'll face them with God by my side.

even though things are not so great now,
but i will hold on to the promises that he has for me,
and it will come to pass,
and i will not miss it.

'let's run the race with him,
then i'll be able to face things that come my way. "

i refuse to admit defeat.
God will see me through it.
and i'm sure of it.
